If I have trouble with my computer, can you help?
Generally, no. But, it never hurts to ask. We have a bunch of geeks who may or may not know the answer to your question. If they do, we'll just apply our hourly fee. If they don't, we'll let you know.


What happens to my website if CPG goes out of business?
While we like to think we're not going anywhere (we've been doing this since 1996) this is still a good question to consider. Once we complete your website, it will go live on a webserver. We have partnerships with hosting companies, and, you'll be provided with FTP access to your website (this means you can download it, work with it, back it up, etc.). If we go away, your website still stays on a live server, and you still have access to it. We're only in the picture when we're working on your site, otherwise, it's in your hands.

How long will this take?
Please read our step by step guide first, this will help you understand the process. Some sites can be done in a day or two, some can take six months to a year... it really depends on a number of factors we will discuss with you during our initial phone consultation.

Do you host websites too?
We do! Our sister company is a hosting company, we can take care of everything in-house. Most of our clients are currently hosted on our servers.

Can I get email accounts too?
Yes. We can help you configure your email accounts. Normally, you can have up to 10 email accounts with your hosting account. Nominal fees apply for more than 10 email accounts.

What are your typical payment terms?
Typically, we will collect 50% of the agreed upon fixed-price or estimated price up front. If we quoted you a fixed-price, you will be required to deliver the remaining 50% upon completion of your site and before we launch your site. If you have been quoted an hourly site price range, we will collect 50% of the highest part of the price range, then, we will present you with a final bill which you will be required to pay before we launch your website.

Will you consult with us for free?
Yes, we will provide a free 30 minute phone consultation. Any meetings, phone consultations, brain-storm sessions, etc. after the initial 30 minute phone consultation will be billed at our hourly rate.

What is your hourly rate?
This is information we reserve for our potential clients. This information will be divulged to you after you fill out one of our planning guides, and toward the end of our initial phone consultation.

Can I pay you to maintain my current site?
Yes. We have packages for both website maintenance on an hourly basis, and monthly contract basis (still hourly, but we're guaranteed a retainer allowing us to lower our hourly fees to you).
