Generally, we try to provide you with a price range, as opposed to a concrete price. Really big projects, with very clear and identifiable goals, we will be able to provide you with a fixed-price. Really small projects, we will usually bill hourly and get started right away.


We have many questions about how we charge for our services, here are some general answers to help:

We will provide you with a free 30 minute phone consultation to get things moving. During this time, you are communicating with some of the best web gurus in the industry. It is highly recommeneded that you fill out one of our planning guides BEFORE you call us for the initial consultation. After 30 minutes, you will be billed for our time.

We are not the company for you. We deliver high quality, customized solutions to customers who understand the value of our work.

We can answer this question for you after you start the website design process with us. Our proposal will answer this question for you. Our hourly rates are higher than our competitors, and, we're not shy to state this. Your paying for the best. That said, our rates our higher, but, we generally perform faster than our competitors too. If we can get something done four times quicker, but charge twice as much, we're still less expensive than our cometitors.

Our time is vaulabe. We will provide to you a free 30 minute phone consulatation. We will also provide free follow ups, and other discussion time via phone or email to help us finalize your proposal. If you need our expertise outside of these areas, we will bill hourly for our time and experience. Meetings, appointments with other photographers, multiple consultations with board members, etc. will be billed.

Yes. Just ask. We can usually work something out.

Yes. However, it will cost more for rush delivery. Let us know your time frame, and we will let you know about the extra costs. Our staff LOVES what they do, and, are willing to put in the extra time to get your rush job done.

We can. However, the parameters of the project need to be very, very clear. We can help you during our initial phone consultation to better hone the needs of your website into a format where a fixed-price quote can be delivered. If we deliver a fixed-price quote, we will also only deliver what is listed in the contract, no more, no less.


Communication: We move at a steady pace. If we leave you a voice mail, or send you an email with questions or items for review, it is important that you quickly respond to our requests to be sure your project continues forward.

Planning: If you have a clear idea of your time frames, you can avoid rush fees.

Organization: It's important that you have your copy written, your photos organized, and your ideas sorted through. Our planning guides can help you get your thoughts sorted out before you talk with us the first time.

Updates: You will need updates from time to time. We bill in 15 minute increments for updates to your website with a 15 minute minimum charge. Let's say you want to move your logo from the left side of the page over to the right side, and then two days later, back again, and then, you want to change the logo to blue, then to yellow, then to red, then back to blue over the course of four days. The preceeding scenario will raise your costs. We recommend you think through your requests and order them from most urgent to least urgent, then, provide us with a list of items as opposed to just one item at a time. Most simple changes just take a minute our two, but since we bill in 15 minute increments, it's in your best interest to pack as many simple changes into one list as possible to maximize our time.

Keep meetings to a minimum: We bill for phone consultations (after the initial phone consultation), meetings in person, lenghty phone conversations, brain-storming session, etc. We are experts in our field and our time and knowledge are valuable.

There are many different types of websites. If you were to ask someone, "How much does a house cost?", they would not be able to answer with a specific number. Websites are the same way. That said, an average non-CMS, non-interactive, brochure style website is going to cost anywhere from $1,800 - $3,000 depending on the design elements. Prices for interactivity and other cool programming items go up from there.

Here are some variables that determine the cost of your website:

• Number of changes needed, and when changes are requested
• Funcionality of the site (slide shows, forums, social networking, shopping carts, hosting, etc.)
• The timeliness and quality of your feedback and answers to our questions
• Image quality as provided by you (do we have to touch up your images? is your logo in a format that's web ready? etc)
• The size of your site
• If you need flash or animations, these costs are generally extra.
• If it's a rush order.
