This initial phone consultation, combined with the website planners, and other emails, tips, and suggestions will help clear up any confusion about why you're building a website in the first place and what you really want in a website. The phone consultation will provide you with a well organized concept of what you're going to do with your website and what your website is going to do for you.



Armed with the information we received in step 1, we'll be able to deliver to you a written proposal. Proposals can take time to produce, depending on the complexity of your website project. Typically, it takes up to five business days to deliver a proposal. Our proposals are CUSTOMIZED to your exact needs.

What you get is a sense of the scope of your project, the approximate amount of time it will take to complete your project, and the approximate dollars you'll need to budget for your project.



Once we've communicated with you to develop a proposal to meet your exact needs we'll create a contract. The MOMENT you sign the contract, and we've received a down payment (usually 50%) we get started.

The contract will give you the satisfaction that your project has started, and is being completed by the best team of website deveopment experts available!



This is an enjoyable, and creative step in the process, it is also the step where many clients struggle. However, if you've completed our planning guides you're well on your way to completion of this step. What happens here is we will be asking you targeted questions about your website and we will communicate clearly to be sure we're all still on the same page. While we're doing what we do (sketches, internal meetings, brainstorms, etc.), you'll be asked to gather information, provide us with written content, photos, and other items we may need in order to complete your project.

This phase CAN cost you money, if you're not prepared. Steps 1, 2, and 3 are are designed to make you prepared to keep your costs down. This is the phase where your quick replies, and constant communication is necessary to keep things "on track".

As the client, you will be doing your part during this phase, which can be both satisfying and overwhelming, but you'll have the knowledge that your project is being given TONS of attention, and, you'll have something to actually look at soon.



Once we have your approval of the layout, and we have our hands on all of your content, and photos from step 4, we're ready to do the "pretty stuff". Our design team will create a layout using Adobe Photoshop and other design tools based on the information we have gathered from you thus far.

We will present you with our designs, then, we will work with you to tweak any design issues. Keep in mind, this is another phase where costs can go up if you're not prepared. At the end of this phase you'll have a first look at what will become a customized, well planned, rockin' design you'll be proud of!



This is the stage where our programming team takes over to make your site work and move and come alive. There's not much to see in the way of progress during this phase, however, we will provide updates to the "client section" of our website so you know what's going on. The geeks on our staff will post what they're doing, and, most times, it really doesn't make any sense. You will not see much progress during this phase, because, most of the progess is behind the scenes and makes the site "work". Our programmers will use any modern technology needed to complete your project with cutting-edge high-quality code. (Most sites are coded using html, css, php, javascript, mysql, and ajax. Programmers work to put together truly awesome code that makes your site work. This phase of development can be frustrating after having seen your design, but it takes some time to make sites move and work on the back end.


This is the step where the left-brained code meets up with the right-brained design, and, we have a working beta site (testing phase) for your review. Based on your level of involvement, pre-planning, and communication, you should be very happy with your site, and, should have just a few "tweaks" for us at this phase. We will put your site through a series of tests to be sure that it is virtually bug free. (Side note: ALL WEBSITES WILL CONTAIN BUGS... it's just a fact of the Intenet. Facebook has bugs, MSN has bugs, Yahoo has bugs, Google has bugs... it happens. Beta-testing is the phase that helps us eliminate the majority of the bugs before going live. We fix true bugs at no charge to you, even AFTER launch. Your contract will state the definition of a "bug" if there's ever any question.)

At the end of beta testing you will have a fully-functioning website just about ready to go live.


This is it... the moment we've all been waiting for. You will make your final payment, and, we make your site go live.

At launch, you have a completed project to be proud of, will will provide you with items such as hosting accounts, email accounts, and other logins. This is the finish line.
